Chinese Pan Fried Egg

Description
Just some pan fried eggs with scallions and a sauce so don’t expect too much. The eggs are cooked in a high non stick pan with lid.
Ingredients

- 6 eggs
- 1 –2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 scallions
- 1.5 tbsp regular soy sauce
- 1 dl water
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Finely chop up scallions.
- Mix soy sauce, water, cornstarch, sugar, salt and pepper in a separate bowl. This is the sauce.
- Add oil to pan on medium-high heat and add eggs. You can lower to temperature to medium once they start cooking. You can put on lid to avoid oil splatter.Â
- Flip all eggs after 2 – 3 min.
- Add scallions and sauce. Cook for 2 -3 min. The sauce will thicken.Â
- Done.Â
