Glass Noodles with Bok Choy and Mushrooms

Description
An easy and healthy side dish that I have eaten many times.
Ingredients

- 100 g glass noodles
- 250 g mushrooms
- 250 g bok choy
- 1 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 1 tbsp oil for cooking
Instructions
- Prepare glass noodles according to package. For me it was just to soak them for 5 min in hot water.
- Cut up mushrooms into around 5 mm thin slices and bok choy into around 2 cm x 2 cm pieces.
- Heat up pan to medium high and add oil.
- Add mushrooms and bok choy and cook for around 5 min. Put on lid to avoid oil splatter.
- Add cooked glass noodles, oyster sauce and pepper and cook for around 3 more minutes.
- Done.
