The Everyday Breakfast

  • Total Time: 10 min
  • Yield: 1 - 2 portions 1x

Description

This is breakfast I eat almost everyday. It tastes good and I think it’s healthy. It keeps you full for a long time. I look forward to eating it every day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 dl oat milk
  • 0.51 dl hot water
  • 2 dl cold water
  • 3 dl dried oatmeal
  • 1 dl frozen raspberries
  • Sometimes 1 apple or banana
  • Sometimes 1 tbsp dried cranberries
  • 4 walnut halves or some cashews.
  • 8 almonds
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp coconut flakes
  • 1/21 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon or 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 23 tbsp protein powder (natural)
  • 1 tsp collagen powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp moringa powder

Sometimes i take these supplements: Vitamin D (during winter half of the year), omega 3, magnesium, ashwagandha and zinc. Sometimes some probiotic.

Instructions

  1. Just mix everything together and let it sit for like 5 minutes so the oatmeal becomes softer.
  2. I add honey and peanut butter after I have eaten at least half of it, otherwise you won’t really taste them.
  3. I recommend making it in batches because what really takes time is just taking all the ingredients out. The way I do this is that I put all ingredients except for oatmeal, fruits and liquids in containers.
